Shipping Restrictions

The Pulsefire® LRT cannot be shipped to Maryland. CR § 4-501 specifically lists flamethrowers as part of the state’s prohibited destructive devices.

The Pulsefire LRT cannot be shipped to California at this time unless you hold a permit (Health and Saf. Code § 12755). A California compliant model (PF-CA) will be released soon for the general public.

We cannot ship lithium batteries to Hawaii at this time, aside from the battery pre-installed in the product, and one spare battery in the same box as the product. Contact us if you would like to add this one spare additional battery to your order and we will manually enter the order for you. Batteries have a lot of unique rules.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, you’ll be able to see live rates straight from our UPS account. You pay what we pay.

Since we only ship via UPS, orders with one tiny item may result in seemingly disproportionate shipping costs.

We apologize for the inconvenience; our systems are tightly-integrated with UPS. Most orders placed on our website contain large and/or multiple items, and that’s where UPS shines.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail immediately upon shipment. Sometimes we get caught in your spam folder. Send us an e-mail if you can’t find your notification.

Mistakes / Changes

Once an order is placed, we quickly get to work on picking, packing, and labeling. Call us at 772-204-0700 immediately if you need to make a change or cancel an order and we’ll make it happen.

US Street Addresses Only / No PO Boxes

We only ship to United States street addresses at this time.
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses unless you have “USPS Street Addressing” set up and provide the address as such.

We will guarantee delivery to any US address where the product is not prohibited. If you use an export service with a US address, all transportation risk from that point forward is yours. 

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, it will be described as such, and will not be able to be purchased. If you place an order and we discover an inventory mistake, we will immediately notify you of the date the product will return (if known), and refund your payment, unless the dates are close and you wish to keep your order in the queue. In that case, you would be able to cancel at any time up until shipment.

Returns / Refunds

Contact us immediately at 772-204-0700 if you placed an order that has not yet shipped that requires cancellation. Aside from special circumstances subject to approval, all shipped orders are considered final. Keeps things simple.
