THE SAFEST WAY TO APPLY FIRE
We’ve sold numerous Pulsefire systems to the general public, firefighters, farmers, controlled burn prescribers, and members of the U.S. Forestry Service. While the UBF is focused more on novelty, it’s still capable of typical long range torch use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most of the FAQ answers relating to the Pulsefire® LRT also apply to the UBF.
Not that we're aware. We tested extensively with a SCAR chambered in .308, a firearm configuration known for being harsh on attached devices, and experienced no failure. We've seen customers attach it to a .50 BMG, shotgun, etc. and operate without issue.
Not that we're aware. We've had it attached to numerous short barreled firearms without issue, and so have our customers. We have a shield above the unit that helps deflect the blast.
In order to comply with regulations and avoid requiring permission from the state fire marshal, pyrotechnics license, etc., the Pulsefire LRT was offered with a short range nozzle for California customers. See more details here.
Unfortunately, the same nozzle installed on the Pulsefire UBF results in a very hot flame right by your hands. It is not a comfortable experience. Thus, we made the decision to not sell the UBF in California. You can always install the short range nozzle yourself if you have a standard UBF and want to feel the heat.

The product works Great!
Who ever buys the UBFT will be very pleased with the purchase. The UBF fun to operate especially when firing an AR or shotgun.
The battery holds up for several loads. I’m at 10 refills of fuel and battery charge is at 11.8 volts.
Buy one or two. You won’t be disappointed.

this is a well designed, all-business piece of equipment; good welding and powder coated finish; couldn’t find a single aspect that is not necessary to the function of the device; solid packaging, easy to assemble; best single-fuel (no pilot light) thrower I could find

I am totally impressed! I received my pulse fire UBF yesterday. I ran 7gallons of various fuel mixtures without the backpack, refueling after each 20second burst. I can’t wait for the backpack to get here! Attaching this to my rifle was insanely cool! People were laughing and smiling and having the time of their lives shooting this thing! We had ages 10-60 years old all equally happy and able to use! The ease of use and fun of this thing is unmatched. It’s a rare case where it is actually cooler and more fun than it looks! After 7 gallons and 3 hours of use, the battery was still at 11.0. Incredible! Thank yall so much!
