THE SAFEST WAY TO APPLY FIRE
We’ve sold numerous Pulsefire systems to the general public, firefighters, farmers, controlled burn prescribers, and members of the U.S. Forestry Service. While the UBF is focused more on novelty, it’s still capable of typical long range torch use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Most of the FAQ answers relating to the Pulsefire® LRT also apply to the UBF.
Not that we're aware. We tested extensively with a SCAR chambered in .308, a firearm configuration known for being harsh on attached devices, and experienced no failure. We've seen customers attach it to a .50 BMG, shotgun, etc. and operate without issue.
Not that we're aware. We've had it attached to numerous short barreled firearms without issue, and so have our customers. We have a shield above the unit that helps deflect the blast.
In order to comply with regulations and avoid requiring permission from the state fire marshal, pyrotechnics license, etc., the Pulsefire LRT was offered with a short range nozzle for California customers. See more details here.
Unfortunately, the same nozzle installed on the Pulsefire UBF results in a very hot flame right by your hands. It is not a comfortable experience. Thus, we made the decision to not sell the UBF in California. You can always install the short range nozzle yourself if you have a standard UBF and want to feel the heat.

Absolutely amazing and fun!! What red blooded American doesn’t want to try out a legit flame thrower much less own one?!?! Whether you’re burning boxes, trash, or tires; roasting marshmallows, hot dogs, or brats; lighting leaves, slash piles, or your neighbors bushes that are too high and blocking your view of the mountains, this flame thrower is excellent!! Just need to backpack tank so we can throw flames for longer than 24 seconds.

Great for burning boxes and such, much safer than dousing your burnables in gasoline then lighting it with a match. A fantastic safety device!

This is a great way to circumvent king inslee proclamation that plastic foregrip are dangerous. Instead this flamethrower can also be attached and in no way will help to control recoil so is perfectly fine shipped to your door in WA state.
It’s also super useful for starting wet slash piles.

Awesome little tool to mess with in the driveway. Creates an awesome light show for the neighbors and the most Chad way to ignite a bonfire with the bros. Will be making a video with friends with mine soon.
