All new Pulsefire systems sold on our site are currently equipped with this version.
This kit produces a quiet, purple continuous arc, in contrast to the original repeating stun gun-like blue spark.
While the pulse-style ignition is perfectly fine and operates within the parameters the product was designed, the advantage of this arc-style kit is that it generates a reasonable amount of heat from its ionized plasma, which allows for reliable ignition down to 0°F with gasoline. It’s also silent, letting you hear more of the fire stream you’re emitting and making for better slow-mo videos.
We developed this ignition to reliably ignite the fan-style nozzle used on the California-specific Pulsefire.
